We are thrilled to advise Lynne Trensky has been nominated to the forthcoming Tourism East Board as the Industry Partner Member representing Cardinia Shire.
On May 26th, a Special General Meeting was held to adopt amendments to the Yarra Ranges Tourism constitution, including transitional arrangements to establish a new Board inclusive of Cardinia representation and to ensure continuity of service delivery for the existing entity, its partners and commitments.
Effective from July 1, 2025, Lynne will support crucial initiatives such as reviewing the Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges Destination Management Plan to ensure Cardinia is well represented in the strategic objectives to grow the tourism region.
The BASE (Business Arts Social Enterprise) Subcommittee is now in place to manage the BASE. Representatives are from EDRA, Hills Arts Alliance, Emerald & District Lions Club & Hills Community Gardens Group.
